Please Note: A 20 % deposit is required on all orders. Balance is strictly at time of completion. Deposit will be forfeited if order is cancelled.

Deliveries: Premises need to have an easy adequate access for the delivery and that if there is to be extra handling or time involved other than normal delivery it will be at the customers expense.

Installation: It is essential that the installation site is clear and level, otherwise you will be charged accordingly. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform Sheds and Beyond of any underground services as we accept no liability for damage.

Garden Sheds: Should your garden shed be installed on a crushed rock base it will be required to be pegged down. It is recommended that your garden shed is installed on either a concrete slab or timber floor. Timber floors are recommended for storage of items prone to moisture absorption.

Kit Form Cubbies and Forts: All playground equipment is sold in kit form with a full set of comprehensive instructions and all screws required. Safety rails, platform, ladder, roof, net rope, and climbing rungs come in pre assembled panels.

D.I.Y Kits for Cubbies: Our cubbies come in pre assembled panels, making it easy for customers to assemble their cubby with only a drill and a screwdriver required. Professional installation is available if required.

D.I.Y Kits for Forts: As with the D.I.Y cubbies the Forts also come as pre assembled panels for easy installation. All you will require is a drill and a screwdriver. Professional installation is available if required.

Swings Clearance: 3.5 m is required both behind and in front of swings. Any part of the equipment from which falls may occur should be positioned at least 2.5 metres from any solid object. Sheds and Beyond can provide installation as directed but will accept no responsibility for any falls, injury or consequential damage and the purchaser accepts full responsibility for any consequences regardless of circumstances. For continued safety we recommend regular safety inspections.

Elevated cubbies and forts must have 100mm soft fall material (pine bark) installed around elevated deck area 1.5 metres wide for safety. Elevated units are not recommended for children under 5 years of age.

Note: It is normal for some splitting to occur in treated pine and cypress poles of equipment.
